Please find below the terms and conditions as set out by Andrew and Fiona.

Strictly no weddings, group gatherings or organised parties.
The cottage must not be used for any business activities, or any third party activities e.g. outside catering.
No pets.
No smoking indoors.
It is equipped to sleep and dine a maximum of 6 people.
Visitors are welcome subject to a maximum number at any one time.
Check out time is 10.00 am unless by prior arrangement.
When leaving the cottage please leave it secure , windows closed and doors locked.
